Basic Terms and Conditions

The number of delegates for the courses will be limited to allow for effective group work and other learning activities.

Cancellation must be made in writing at least 7 working days prior to the course, otherwise the full fee is payable. Substitutions can be made at any time. DynamIQ reserves the right to alter the schedule of the day in case of events beyond its control.

Training packs are designed for individuals to apply. Group sessions can be arranged by prior agreement with DynamIQ and group rates apply.

Privacy Policy - we do not store credit card details or share customer details with any 3rd parties.

All training modules can be delivered remotely and in person, with a minimum of 10 delegates for in-person courses. In cases where face-to-face sessions are requested, a training room and projector must be made available.

Delivery Policy - All teaching sessions will occur on the date and time stated at your registration. Sessions can be transferred to another time, with a minimum of one week's notice.

Refund / Cancellation Policy - in the event of a cancellation by DynamIQ, the registrant will be offered an alternative session. If there is no suitable alternative, a full refund may be requested.
